Message From the flange that is used to clock the turbo via loosening 13mm bolts.

I have the battery try removed, so I am thinking either turbo removal with engine in, or even remove the compressor housing with it bolted in, provided I have the right tools, I think it can be done.

Not resorting to pulling it yet though. I have considered the cold temperatures being a contributing factor, and a good heat cycling might change this. Also might try to re-adjust the flange if possible in-car
